Just Sick!

I got up and did all my morning things. You know I sat around and read blogs and drank coffee for about an hour before I ever got up to get ready for work. Stopped by Ganky's and dropped off her 100th post giveaway!! She loved it!! Once at work Alex still was not feeling so good, well not good at all! She was complaining with her right side hurting and well from there I right away thought that it could be her Appendix! We call the doctor and explained and wanted us to bring her on in and that is what we did! Tracy and I have always been so close and been through alot together and I tell you one thing it took both of us at the Doctor! Alex gets sick at her stomach when her fever goes up and well we won't go any farther than that. Avery was an angel during this visit! They did several test and her white blood cell count was high so the Doctor thought we needed more test! UGH!!!

So here is where we went! But before that we dropped Avery off with Ganky!!! That was a great move!!! Way to go Tracy!!! And so it was a rough ride up there and again it was a good thing we had each other cause one person could not have made that ride!! UGH!!
After a very long day and lots of fever medicine, nice nurses, lots of test and a really great Doctor we found the reason she was so sick!! PNEUMONIA!!! Yeah, that is what I said Pneumonia! Again!! Yes she just had it! did it go away and come back or did it really get gone completely? Who knows!

But I do know that the ride home was much better that the ride up to the hospital! I got to see this face!!! Once in the car and everything was ok Tracy and I had a little melt down from the day! Shed a few tears and realized that we both thought that we would be spending the night there! They had talked about bringing in surgeons and it was all just so much!! A good cry is just what we needed to get over all the stress of the day!!!


But I did get a new name yesterday! Tracy and I both go into the doctors office and well I always feel as though I need to explain that I am the Aunt, because now days you never know! LOL!!So I always tell them that I am the Grandma-Aunt that takes care of the kids during the day and so we now call me the Gramaunt!! After this Wacky Wednesday I don't care what they call me! And after all the such sad sights at the hospital they can call me what ever just as long as they are able to call me!! Never thought I would say it , but I was so glad to hear that Alex had Pneumonia!! It could have been so much worse!!! Praise the Lord!!!
