Running low

Yep, that's right I am running low!! My energy level is just not what it use to be!! I need to go to the filling station! What happened?
Am I getting OLD?
NO!!
I know exactly what it is...I NEED TO LOOSE THIS DARN WEIGHT!!!!

Please help me pray that I can get on this diet and stay on it and loose this weight! I don't have any health problems from it but I just don't feel as good as I would like!!! I am reporting to my Niece Tracy everyday on what I eat and how many calories I have had through out the day!! So I am being held accountable!!!
You all enjoy this day and remember:
Keep Praying...IT WORKS!!!

  1. It does make a difference in how much energy you have when there are a few extra pounds to lose. I believe for me I am having to add some exercise in my routine:). Love you bunches and a pound away a day!

  2. Diet and exercise. Of course, I'm no picture of either, but I will tell you that after eight solid months of exercising my heart out, I have grown to love it and I feel so much more energetic than before. It took eight whole months though. For a while I would be exhausted after working out. Now, I come home and am full of energy. I sure don't have any answer on the diet thing, though, because I struggle with that one myself.

Hang in there, auntie, you can do it. You made it through your son's deployment in a war zone, this should be a cake walk. A low-fat cake, that is.

  3. Praying for you... I am in the same boat. I DID start having health problems from it... do something before you HAVE to do it. I am with you on this and now that summer is over and g.kids are back in school, maybe I can get on a routine. Lets pray for one another!!!!! xoxo

  5. Praying!! I am with you. I could just about STOP eating, and lose very little weight unless I increase my activity. Jonny says it is about what kind of food that you are eating and specific workouts that will make the weight come off. Do some strength training along with the aerobics. It will increase the calorie burning for longer throughout the day.
Squats, pushups, curls with 1 to 5 pound weights, and crunches. I am SOOOOOOO with you.
We can do it! Hugs to you, and RAH!

  6. Cindy, I never try to tell anyone what to do or how they should be doing it but...here goes!!! I have been on the diet rollercoaster ride all of my life, fads, starving, you name it I've done it all to be thin! Guess what I'll never be skinny, NEVER. I'm 5 foot 2 with eyes of blue (seriously) I do not have a waist, no hourglass figure going on here...it's just genetics!

The one thing that I will tell you is that counting really works, I don't count calories I count "points" I have been doing Weight Watchers on line, I go to the center near my house one in a while for bars or just to listen to the leaders and well weighing in every month at the doctors helps me to stay on track! It's been slow, but I've stuck to it, sure I may splurge every now and then but I get right back on the next day!

Do what works for you & do it at your own pace ~ YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! Sending prayers and LOTS OF LOVE YOUR WAY!!!!!

Oh, BTW hope Britani is feeling o.k.!!!

    LOVE YA SO MUCH!!
