The People we meet!!

About one year ago I started doing this blog and it was just something my niece started doing and I joined in...if nothing else it is a really good way to document the things that happen in my life on a daily basis! And a lot of my followers are my very own family and some are friends that I met through the USMC and then some I met through others blogs!!! I always enjoy a new visitor and meeting up with new people and especially those that go through some of the same things that I go through!! I have recently met two new blogging friends that I am following and they both are helping more than they will ever know!
And then I have this really special friend that I met just over a year ago and she is so very dear to me!! We are like twins separated at Birth!! I love her to death!!
And so what do we all have in common that they are able to help me with....A Marine in there life! Whether it may be sons or husband...they are such an inspiration to me!! In some way they are helping through this time of my life!! So I just wanted to share with my other followers their blog address so that they can see what wonderful Ladies God has brought into my life!! I hope that you go and give them each a visit and as we continue to pray for my Justin lets pray for all the troops!!! So many are deployed...going to be deployed...have been deployed and some stationed far away from home!!

Well yesterday was full of conversation...Justin had lots of free time and was bound and determined he was gonna chat with me...I woke up to Good Morning Mother (4:21 am)!! I was so excited I really didn't care!! I then got off the phone and well then he was on the computer to chat and then when I got home...he was on the computer again!! I love it!! I so enjoyed chatting with him! He is so thoughtful to call me and chat with me and listen to all my crazy non-sense!! But anyways it made me have a most wonderful day!!
Now go check out my Marine Friends!!! Let them each know that you will keep their Marine in your prayers!! It really makes you feel better just knowing that some one cares enough to take the time to let you know that they are praying!!
Have a great day!!
~Till Tomorrow~

  5. Cindy Lou,

Thanks so much for the mention in your post. I will take all the prayers any want to lift up for all our guys and gals serving.
You are sweet! I woke up early this morning and prayed for all these young men by name for God's protection and guardian angels to surround them, bless and keep them covered. They are sheltered by God's wings. I think of a mama hen that will spread out her wings and completely cover, hide, and camouflage her chicks if danger approaches such as a hawk above. This is how I picture God as HE overshadows our honorable young men...both spiritually and physically. And yet I know HE sharpens them and forges them through tough moments to have them battle-ready both physically and spiritually. God is good, and the prayers of a mother I know must be precious in His sight.
So glad you are getting to communicate with your Justin. Have a great weekend.

  6. It's so much fun when you get to spend a good bit of your time chatting/talking with your Marine when they're gone. Oh, I treasured those days and praised God for those special times. Glad you had such a great day!
